Summary

The Marketing Manager - Lead Generation will be responsible for generating demand in North America for the residential, light commercial, large commercial, and installer segments of the business. This individual will be tasked with creating highly effective lead generation programs utilizing the latest in on-line and offline marketing methods. Creativity is vital in this role as you establish programs that drive high volume and quality results through lower-cost methods.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Development of a demand generation plan, aligned with Business Unit objectives
• Design and execution of lead generation programs using online and offline methods
• Establishment of measurable response rates, conversion rates, and ROI for all programs
• Management of all demand generation activity and data in the Salesforce.com system
• Clear and regular communication of demand generation activities throughout Business Group
• Reporting and analysis of all programs
• Working with sales team to ensure target areas are aligned with sales priorities

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; 5+ years experience in lead generation and online marketing
• Proven track-record of developing and executing successful B2C and B2B demand generation programs with high-ROI
• Familiarization and experience using online marketing technology and methods
o SEM – Significant experience leading and managing a large-scale PPC program with top three search engines (Google, Yahoo!, Bing) as well as experience with secondary engines such as Ask.com. Ability to evaluate the program at a strategic level while also being able to dig into the day-to-day management of the program to find optimization opportunities.
o Vendor Management– Experience identifying, negotiating with and signing new vendors. Significant experience managing and developing vendors. Ability to push vendors to make continual improvements, and to provide clear and consistent direction on campaigns,
o Affiliate & Display Advertising – Experienced in evaluating, planning, implementing and optimizing these programs. Proven prior success in negotiating and implementing targeted programs with affiliate networks.
o Webinar Execution – Experienced developing, managing, and executing on-line seminars, including the invitation and follow up process.
• Data Management – Use data and analytics to develop the demand generation strategy. A strong understanding of how to analyze customer data to better optimize campaigns is mandatory.
• Requires strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and meet tight deadlines
• The ability to work independently with moderate direction, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential
• Knowledge and experience with Salesforce.com
